Web Design

Your web site is the public face of your business. It needs to be findable, attractive, navigable, provide useful information, and compel your visitors to want more. Ultimately it's all about conversions.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

First things first: your customers need to find your web site. To make this happen, we need to know who your ideal customers are, and how they think about the products and services that you provide. This process will yield a set of keyword phrases that we will embed strategically into your web site, directory structure, file names etc. This builds credibility with the search engines that your site is relevant to the searcher's request.

Graphic Design

Once the search engine delivers, you need to build credibility with the visitor. The fact of the matter is that aesthetics and visitor experience are hugely important. Conservatively, you have less 30 seconds to impress you visitor before they leave your web site and go elsewhere.

This means that your web site needs to look good, load quickly, and be fully functional. Your web site's graphics should be consistent with your other marketing designs, such as signs, invoices, business cards, office space, vehicle lettering, etc.. Links, images, blogs, maps and videos, etc. all need to work properly and be seamlessly integrated.

Navigation

Navigation is critical to site usability. Intuitive, consistent navigation makes finding your content easy, allowing your visitors to get to the information that they want quickly. If your web site is not simple and intuitive to use, your visitors will not use it.

Relevance

Perhaps most importantly, your web site must be relevant and useful. Think about the web sites sites that go to you frequently. They provide constantly changing information like news or social updates. Perhaps you shop on line at an ecommerce web site. Some sites provide reference material like government or industry web sites, or tools that help you in your job. It is important that your web site provide some content that your users value.

If there is relevant information presented in an attractive and accessible way, your web site will be a success.
